Donations Refund Policy

All donations made via our Website are irrevocable charitable gifts and are not contingent on, for example, the successful completion by the fundraiser of a sponsored event or activity.
 

Event Fee Policy

Fees for events, be that payment for registration or full event fees, are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the charity.

Please note, if you have made an error on your event application form, or feel you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us on 0113 340 0111. 

Fraudulent Use

The only circumstances in which refunds will be made is where unauthorised use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.
